a specific vendor (or drop-shipper). This list can be
displayed on the store front end so customers can browse
by vendor. The store owner can also choose to have the
system automatically email the vendor(s) when an order
is placed containing their specific products in the
order.
Gift Certificates
Create even more revenue for your store! Gift
certificates are popular for all occasions. You can sell
gift certificates & allow customers to redeem them
online. Gift certificates can be mailed or emailed
automatically.
Google Analytics
The system can work with Google Analytics, formerly
Urchin. You will be able to have the most in-depth

Managing Email Content
Control the content of the emails that go to your
customers. The admin can change the email sent out to
customers to either a HTML or text based format. Also,
all of the emails can now be managed through the admin
area in either format.
Downloadable Products
Allow customers to purchase products and download them
direct from your store! The download URL link is
available in customer's account and in the email
receipt. Also, you can manage the settings that control
expiration dates of the download links and the file path
locations on the server.
Retrieving / Processing Orders
Easily manage, track, and process your orders! From the
order listings screen, you can quickly view orders by
any date range you choose. You can batch-print all open
orders with one click.
Shipping Options
Calculate shipping based on order subtotal, weight,
quantity, UPS real-time shipping rates and tracking or
USPS real-time shipping rates.
Sales Tax Options
For US tax rates, you have the ability to set tax at
both the state and county level. Canadian sales tax is
fully supported including PEI and QST. International tax
rates for specific countries are also supported.
Managing Products
Our simple graphical interface allows for clear-cut
managing, adding, and editing of a broad range of
product options. We support Froogle Export to enable you
to maximize your store's full potential.
Inventory Control
You have full control of your inventory for either your
main product or by the options for that product. It also
includes low inventory notification by e-mail. We also
allow you to control the way in which low inventory and
out-of-stock products are displayed in your store

who uses internet advertising. This report will allow
you to monitor any pay-per-click keywords or banner ads

Search Engine Optimization
Get the most out of search engine traffic by optimizing
your product pages. This standard feature can be easily
turned on or off as needed. This feature will
dynamically generate HTML pages (along with meta tags)
that can be submitted to all the major search engines.
Managing Customers
View Number of Orders by customer, Search, Edit, or
Delete customers from our straightforward customer
interface. You can export all customer data for import
into most programs. Customer login on the storefront can
be required or not required to meet your needs.
Customer Discount Groups
You can create customer membership group like
"wholesalers" or "premium" and then apply specific
pricing for these groups. This would allow store owners
to provide special pricing besides the store regular
retail pricing. The store owner can also make a
membership group tax exempt. You simply assign customers
to a membership group.
Managing Coupons
Our Coupon Manager gives you the flexibility to create
coupons, which can be set to discount by dollar amount
or percentage off the subtotal. Additionally, you can
set coupons with expiration dates.
Managing Affiliates
You can set commission percentages by affiliate, create
affiliates, pay affiliates and view several affiliate
reports.
Managing Users
Administrators can set admin level privileges for each
administrator. This allows the admin to enable a
specific admin user to only have access to certain areas
of the admin area (for example: orders only).
